This drink is easy to make. Add a few slices of apple to a glass of water and add a few drops of lemon to it. You should also add small portion of cinnamon to this drink. Cinnamon is believed to help improve metabolism. Make sure that you add cinnamon in moderation because it elevates body temperature and can lead to problems associated with digestion and heat. The drink is tasteful and refreshing which will help the body and please the taste buds.

To prepare this drink, add a few slices of grapefruit to a glass of water. As simple as it is to prepare this drink, its effects are equally prominent. You can add a few mint leaves to this for added flavor.

Add a few drops of lemon to a glass of water. To this, add a few coriander leaves and let it sit for some time. You can also add ice cubes to this drink so that it is as refreshing and tasteful as it is beneficial for weight loss. There are two ways of preparing this detox water. You can either add a few slices of orange in a glass of water or you can juice an orange and sprinkle some rock salt according to taste. Add a few slices of cucumber to a glass of water. To this, add rock salt and lemon for taste and garnish with mint leaves. This drink is a great hydrant which is rich in Vitamin B, Potassium and magnesium.
