Federer's Dog Announcement & Murray The Dragon Make Waves On Social Media – ATP Tour

Roger Federer announced Sunday that his family has welcomed a dog, Willow.
When people discuss Roger Federer and Andy Murray, tennis is almost always the subject. On Sunday, a dog and dragon were at the forefront.
The former No. 1 players in the Pepperstone ATP Rankings made waves on social media with Instagram posts. Federer let his fans know that his family now has a dog named Willow.

“We gave in… πŸ˜„. But we couldn‘t be happier,” Federer wrote. “Welcome to the family Willow❀️ #delfie 🐢”
Federer’s colleagues and fans as well as celebrities quickly congratulated the Swiss. Casper Ruud, who has a dog, made Federer an offer.
“Willow has a friend in @don_bajas if he’s looking for one😁🐢🎾,” Ruud wrote.
“Who let the dogs out #nextsong,” former World No. 2 Tommy Haas added.
Murray’s post was a bit different. The Scot shared a photo of himself dressed up in a dragon costume, insinuating it was for his children.

“Preparation for @wimbledon going really well 😐 #tennis #dragon #wimbledon #kids,” Murray captioned his post.
Former World No. 2 Alex Correjta, who once coached Murray, enjoyed the post. The Spaniard commented: “Now I understand why I never played well there, didn’t have that outfit πŸ™ˆπŸ˜œπŸ˜‚πŸ‘πŸ»!”
