A cup of jeera water has proven benefits in reducing extra weight. It also helps in improving the metabolism and helps in relieving digestion related issues.
How to prepare: Soak one tablespoon of jeera (raw cumin) in a glass of water overnight. Strain the water, throw the soaked jeera. Simmer the jeera water on low flame for a few minutes. Add a pinch of black salt if you want and have it when its warm.
These distinctly smelling seeds have immense health benefits. Just like cumin, ajwain also has therapeutic effects on the digestive system. It also aids metabolism which is vital for weight management.

How to prepare: To get the benefits of ajwain seeds, one needs to boil it with water or else soak it overnight just like jeera. Make a glass of this water and add lime juice and black salt to it depending on how fancy you want to make your drink.
Turmeric or haldi holds more significance in Indian households than any other spice. Not just for weight loss, haldi is an all rounder when it comes to medicinal values.

How to prepare: Take two cups of water in a saucepan. Add a pinch of turmeric to it. Bring down the water to one cup. You can add cinnamon to the water when it is boiling depending on whether you like the taste of cinnamon or not. Let the water cool down or come to a warm level where you can drink it.
Ginger lemon water is not just essential for weight loss it relieves an individual from bloating, heartburn, nausea, indigestion and frequent problems occuring in the digestive system.

How to prepare: Squeeze half lemon into a glass of warm water. Put a slice of ginger into it. You can also add ginger juice to this. You can either have it this way or else can add cinnamon for a better taste.

Lemon honey water boosts metabolic activity like none. It speeds up the gut activity and keeps the individual’s weight on check. Having a glass of lemon honey water early in the morning is also said to improve immunity.

How to prepare: Take a cup of warm water. Squeeze one fourth of a lemon into that and add a tablespoon of honey to it. Drink it early in the morning.
