Are you a fan of the two Secret Life of Pets movies? Have you watched Secret Life of Pets 2 on Netflix multiple time? Are you looking for something new to watch? Honestly, we are the same way, but luckily we have some suggestions for other animated movies to watch next.
After browsing through Netflix repeatedly, I think these five movies are a perfect option if you want something else to enjoy after a night or afternoon of binge watching Secret Life of Pets. And no, these aren’t necessarily dog-centric movies, but they definitely give us the cute, animated animals we love and want to watch for hours on end.
Short Sell: With an impressive voice cast and a story that includes park animals trying to steal nuts while humans are trying to rob a bank. It’s a heist story within a heist story and it is ridiculous. But honestly, it is the kind of ridiculousness that can be a lot of fun to watch.
The Nut Job is fun and punchy, better for an older viewing audience. And yes, there is a pup or two in the mix, even if they aren’t necessarily part of the “good guys.”
Netflix describes:
When his grouchy attitude gets him kicked out of the park, Surly the squirrel hatches a plan to rob Maury’s Nut Shop to stock up for winter.
